Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return after your product has been updated.

To return your item, it must be in the correct condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please review your order's shipping information and contact us immediately if the item is defective, broken, or you have received the wrong item. We will rectify the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some product types, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), specialty items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any issues or concerns about a product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it and, after receiving approval for the return, make a separate purchase for the new product.

14-Day Return Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is donated to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return the order for any reason and without providing a reason. As mentioned above, your product must be in the original condition it was received in, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we approve and review your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, the money will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and send your refund.
